Reservations and deposit:
• We require a cash damage deposit ranging from 120 € to 200 € /depending on the apartment being booked/. This deposit will be fully refunded after inspection of the undamaged apartment by our agent.
• The reservation is made by filling in the reservation form. We will not require any credit card details from you, but we kindly ask you to make reservations only if you are 100% sure that you want to do so.
Payment:
• The rental price is to be fully paid IN CASH by arrival. You could pay either in € or in BG currency.
Cancellation:
• If you decide to cancel your reservation we ask you to inform us at least 3 days before the date of arrival.
• If the client decides to reduce their stay, they will be charged 25 % of the rental price for the cancelled days.
Arrival:
• Please note, that at the day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 14:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, please let us know in advance so we might try to accommodate you before.
• You could book our pick up service as well. We have trained chauffeurs, who will take you to the apartment at the time you require. The prices are as follows:
In Varna area / from Bus Station, Railway Station, Sea-port etc. /:
- 5 € before 8 p.m.
- 8 € after 8 p.m.
Outside Varna / from Varna Airport /:
- 12 € before 8 p.m.
- 15 € after 8 p.m.
Number and identity of the guests:
• Clients should inform Varna Apartments of the number of guests included within the booking.
• After you have been accommodated, we will take your passports to make a Police registration and return them to you on the next day.
• Pets are not allowed.
Behaviour:
• We ask you to keep the noise down in the late hours / between 22.00 and 8.00 / as these apartments are situated in residential buildings and the nightly rest of other inhabitants must be respected. If neighbours complain and the Police are called because of parties and loud music, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. This will also result in loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit.
Liabilities:
• Varna Apartments nor the owners of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment including damages and losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.
