The apartments offer you the desired holiday throughout the year, at a distance of 300 m from the sea, 1 km away from the centre of the town and 10 km away from Varna Airport.
Within a 10 minute walk of the building is the delightful beach of Varna, as well as a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars etc. It is 1 km away from the vibrant and colourful Port of the Sea Capital.

Furthermore, you can visit the main tourist attractions by foot and enjoy interesting buildings and museums without having to take any means of transport - Sports Hall, Dolphinarium, Navy University, Zoo, the War Memorial (Pantheon) and the biggest Sea Garden on the Balcan Peninsula (400,000 sq.m.).

If your aim is to visit not just Varna, don't worry because there are many bus stops very close to the building. The apartments are located in a quiet street near the Palace of Sport and Culture in Varna.
